In 1980, Carlo Crocco created the Hublot watch, with a gold case and natural rubber strap for the first time in the history of watchmaking. Nowadays, this technique is used by all watch brands. Currently, the brand combines exotic materials such as gold and ceramic or tantalum and red gold.
