The customer has the right to return the product within a period of 14 calendar days. It is essential that the products to be returned retain the original packaging, the warranty and the manuals or any other document or accessory that the original shipment contains. Returns of products that show signs of use or manipulation will not be accepted. Returns of products made to measure or with customizations are also not accepted.
